Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Job Description

As a New Grad RN Nurse Residency Inpatient Rehab, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital setting, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of experienced professionals. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient condition, performing procedures, monitoring patient responses, and documenting patient information.

You will also be required to teach patients and families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, and to translate complex medical terminology into clear and concise language.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of employment
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State

No prior experience is necessary, but some travel may be required for training.
