Daily Pay Available

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care and health education to residents.
  • Supervise the care provided by nursing assistants and other team members.
  • Administer safe and precise medication interventions.
  • Monitor residents' health and communicate changes to the physician; implement new orders promptly.
  • Develop individualized care plans based on thorough assessments.
  • Select and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize residents' conditions and prevent complications.
  • Contribute to resident assessments and the formulation of care plans.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.
  • CPR certification.
