Position Overview:
This is a Full-Time role reporting to the Program Manager. As a Residential Support Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes the well-being of our clients.

Job Status:
Non-Exempt/Hourly

Compensation:
Competitive salary based on experience, credentials, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing individualized support.
  • Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions.
  • Document and maintain recovery plans effectively.
  • Facilitate case management services to enhance community linkages for clients.
  • Provide therapeutic crisis intervention when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with OASAS documentation standards.
  • Uphold client confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.

Qualifications:
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Services (Provisional Qualified Health Professional).
  • CASAC certification.
  • A Qualified Health Professional (QHP) with an alternative certification.
  • Consideration will be given to a CASAC-T with the ability to obtain full CASAC certification within six months.

Prior experience in a residential facility is essential. Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive background check.
