Position Overview

This role involves delivering prompt, precise, and high-quality mechanical services and diagnostics on light, medium, and heavy trucks, as well as agricultural machinery. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Preventative Maintenance Services
  • Alignments
  • Chassis, Driveline & Hydraulic Systems Repair
  • A/C Systems Diagnosis & Repair
  • Brake Systems Maintenance & Repair
  • Tire and Wheel Services
  • Trailer Repairs
  • Suspension Repairs
  • Electrical Diagnostics & Repair
  • 24-Hour Emergency Road Service (On-Call Rotation)

This position is technical and requires a significant commitment to personal training and development. As you gain expertise, you will have the opportunity to pursue A.S.E. or State Certifications (company funded).

Requirements:

  • Preferred Certifications: Brakes and Braking Systems, Steering and Suspension, Electrical
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in servicing automotive, commercial truck, or agricultural vehicles.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Able to lift 75 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
  • Must be capable of standing, kneeling, and crawling while using equipment and tools
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to work a full shift, arrive on time, and adhere to the necessary schedule to fulfill job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is a fundamental aspect of this position.
