A nonjudgmental approach is essential, focusing on skill development and foundational behavioral principles such as reinforcement, extinction, blocking, and shaping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy to children aged 5-12.
- Engage in teamwork, demonstrating pro-social behavior and fostering positive relationships with all residents.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in a Mental Health-related field is required, along with appropriate licensure (LMSW/LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a professional or internship capacity is necessary.
