Youth Care Specialist Driver

As a Driver Youth Care Specialist at The Children\u0027s Village, you will play a vital role in providing therapeutic, supportive, and nurturing programming to youth between the ages of 14 and 20 years old and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess a nonjudgmental approach, focusing on skill building and basic principles of behavior, such as reinforcement, extinction, blocking, and shaping.
Key qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver\u0027s license, and experience driving sedans and 12-18 passenger vehicles.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to drive long distances with clients and have experience working with school-aged youth in schools, residential treatment, or related settings.
