As a Market House Supervisor & Float Pool Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of both SOVAH Campuses, ensuring seamless patient care delivery, and making management decisions to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards consistent with the clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
  • Direct and evaluate departmental operations, including patient care delivery, information technologies, service level determination, and complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
  • Coordinate staffing/bed control meeting of Nursing Management to facilitate patient throughput and appropriate patient placement.
  • Work with Director/Clinical Managers to ensure daily staffing needs are met for all nursing departments providing patient care; oversight of staffing activities.
  • Plan and monitor staffing activities, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education initiatives.
  • Ensure that staff meet necessary educational, certification, and license requirements of their position.
  • Prepare, monitor, and evaluates departmental budgets, and ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated funding.
  • Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
  • Create and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Integrates evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols.
