Responsibilities:

  • Perform demolition and renovation tasks
  • Install and repair drywall
  • Execute painting projects using machines and rollers
  • Install laminate flooring
  • Fit baseboards and kitchen cabinetry
  • Attach kitchen knobs and handles
  • Install faucets and light fixtures
  • Set up curtains and blinds
  • Manage and maintain all necessary equipment
  • Ensure safe and effective use of materials and tools

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and electrical work
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach frequently; must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Proficient in using standard construction tools and ladders

Experience Required:

  • Construction and Remodeling: 2 years
  • Plumbing and Electrical: 2 years
  • Drywall Installation and Texture: 2 years
  • Remodeling and Renovation: 2 years
  • Flooring: 2 years

License/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License

Compensation: $21.00 per hour
