Responsibilities:
- Perform demolition and renovation tasks
- Install and repair drywall
- Execute painting projects using machines and rollers
- Install laminate flooring
- Fit baseboards and kitchen cabinetry
- Attach kitchen knobs and handles
- Install faucets and light fixtures
- Set up curtains and blinds
- Manage and maintain all necessary equipment
- Ensure safe and effective use of materials and tools
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in plumbing and electrical work
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, pull, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach frequently; must be able to stand for extended periods
- Proficient in using standard construction tools and ladders
Experience Required:
- Construction and Remodeling: 2 years
- Plumbing and Electrical: 2 years
- Drywall Installation and Texture: 2 years
- Remodeling and Renovation: 2 years
- Flooring: 2 years
License/Certification:
- Valid Driver's License
Compensation: $21.00 per hour
