Key Responsibilities
- Schedule KBB appointments and liaise with the Used Car manager.
- Adhere to Team Gillman protocols for managing all incoming internet inquiries, phone calls, texts, and chat communications.
- Maintain task lists to ensure daily follow-up processes are executed effectively.
- Update KBB ICO data for management review on a daily basis.
- Proactively seek opportunities on various online platforms.
- Follow up on trade-ins from the dealership.
- Coordinate vehicle purchases and pickups with sellers and management.
- Learn and apply call and email communication scripts.
- Engage actively in departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store objectives.
- Meet regularly with management to discuss goals, planned activities, and performance evaluations.
- Availability on weekends is required.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License.
- Self-driven with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Experience in customer service is advantageous; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple online platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with ethical conduct.
- Ability to interact with diverse personality types with professionalism.
