We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our intensivist program in Southeast Florida. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for managing a team of intensivists and providing exceptional patient care in our 18-bed neuro ICU, 18-bed medical/surgical ICU, and 18-bed CV ICU.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of intensivists and provide guidance on patient care and management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the intensivist program
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of residents and fellows
- Rotate through various ICU settings to ensure quality patient care
- Critical Care fellowship training and board certification
- UCNS, ENLS, or ABIM certification in Neurocritical Care
- Ability to rotate through various ICU settings
- Teaching and mentoring experience
