Physician Leader Opportunity in Internal Medicine Residency Program

HCA Florida Westside Hospital and Northwest Hospital are seeking a highly qualified Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program. As a leader in the field, you will be responsible for overseeing the program's daily operations, ensuring the highest quality of patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment among residents and faculty.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the Internal Medicine Residency Program
- Ensure the highest quality of patient care and resident education
- Foster a collaborative environment among residents and faculty
- Develop and implement program goals and objectives
- Collaborate with hospital administrators and department chairs to ensure program success
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 4 years clinical experience post-residency/fellowship
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Program Director or Program Director of an ACGME-accredited program
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
