Regional Vice President Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Regional Vice President for our Kansas and Missouri locations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop high-caliber management talent to lead our restaurants.
  • Implement and maintain robust business controls, customer service standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Conduct regular unit visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with our training and development team to design and deliver programs that enhance staff performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with our marketing team to develop and execute district-level marketing strategies.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels and develop retention strategies to minimize turnover.
  • Maintain a culture of food safety and quality, adhering to company policies and health regulations.
  • Monitor and control cash, property, product, and equipment to prevent losses and ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with labor and safety regulations.
