We are seeking a seasoned project manager to oversee the implementation of challenging large-scale HVAC projects throughout Germany at Aurora Innovations. If you have a practical background and experience in project management, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects for the trades of heating, plumbing, ventilation, and refrigeration for large-scale developments.
  • Lead and instruct on-site installation personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate material procurement and disposition.
  • Independently award partial services to subcontractors.
  • Attend construction meetings and communicate with clients to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project schedules and take necessary actions to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate internal and external interfaces, including planning, procurement, and subcontractor management.

Requirements

  • Training as a systems mechanic, refrigeration engineer, or similar with further qualifications preferred.
  • Alternatively, a degree in building technology or a related field.
  • Project management knowledge and experience.
  • Ideal first leadership experience.
  • Strong team spirit and resilience.
  • Willingness to travel.
