Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Engineer to be based in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will work on projects of substantial complexity, conducting work requiring independent evaluation, selection, adaptation, and modification of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.

The Construction Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Developing engineering solutions for projects in various stages
  • Managing client expectations
  • Working with local public and state agencies to deliver construction projects
  • Assuming lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel
Qualifications

The minimum requirements for this position include:

  • BA/BS in a relevant field with 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • Driving is required for this position

The preferred qualifications include:

  • BS in Civil Engineering and registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin
  • 5 years of client and project engineering and management experience, including WisDOT and local & municipal
  • Proficient with MicroStation, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
