Waltonen Engineering is in search of a committed Solid Edge Training Specialist to enhance our educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Managing Director of Geometric Solutions.
- Deliver instructional courses and demonstrations in both in-person and virtual environments for Solid Edge students.
- For online classes, coordinate with IT to ensure a professional and smooth virtual learning experience.
- Participate in an essential orientation session and complete necessary compliance training online.
- Conduct live classes and address participant inquiries and feedback throughout the sessions.
- Stay updated on the latest features, tools, and industry trends, proposing new courses to the Program Manager as needed.
- Possess relevant training certifications such as Solid Edge Certification or equivalent.
Required Qualifications
- Report directly to the Managing Director of Geometric Solutions.
- Exhibit strong proficiency in Solid Edge software.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to assist learners with software-related challenges.
- If teaching online, must be capable of providing a high-quality virtual class experience comparable to in-person sessions.
- Possess proven instructional skills and experience.
- Exhibit excellent communication abilities to effectively convey technical concepts to a diverse audience.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
