Your Role:

  • Design & Implementation:

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years in a technical leadership role focused on Microsoft Teams audio and video technologies.
  • Experience with LAN technologies and audio/video switching systems.
  • Proficient in administering IPTV technologies and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Strong background in evaluating audio/video systems and recommending improvements.
  • Overall experience of at least 10 years in managing large-scale communication systems.

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in VoIP, SIP, and related protocols.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based communication solutions and general network infrastructure.
  • Experience with IPTV and digital signage technologies.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and independence.
  • Strong communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to draft standard operating procedures and user manuals.

Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs as necessary.
