About This Technical Lead Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Scheduling Platform to join our team at PSI Services. As a key member of our software development leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise-class web applications that support scheduling and account management workflows. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 per year, based on the US location and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable enterprise-class web applications using .NET and React technologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver user-friendly, robust features in an Agile environment.
  • Enhance and support existing .NET/React applications and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Build and maintain APIs to support integrations with internal and third-party systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or comparable experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications in .NET/React or similar technologies.
  • Experience with API design and relational databases (e.g., MSSQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies like Azure or AWS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile practices and tools like Git and JIRA.
