About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MRI Supervisor to oversee the operational excellence of our MRI services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining technical and compliance standards, ensuring quality patient care, and optimizing workflow efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and protocols in all MRI operations.
- Manage employee schedules to align staffing with patient volume needs, promoting optimal service delivery.
- Participate in the hiring process to select and onboard new staff members effectively.
- Supervise technical procedures and patient interactions, maintaining high standards of care and operational flow.
- Perform duties as an MRI Technologist and act as a hands-on leader within the departmental team.
- Coach and provide guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule, assisting patient needs on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to noon.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in MRI technology.
- Two years of experience as a lead tech or supervisor is required.
- Must possess an Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
- Strong commitment to patient safety and team collaboration.
- Security clearance is not required, and the role is not open to visa candidates.
- No travel is required for this position.
Compensation Package
The successful candidate can expect a competitive base salary ranging from $85,675 to $128,502, reflecting expertise and experience. Additionally, a $15,000 bonus may be distributed in three equal payments, rewarding contributions.
