Job Summary:The Support Administrator will be responsible for providing service coordination and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including:
- Assisting individuals with the eligibility process and developing individualized service plans
- Coordinating services and supports to meet the needs of individuals, including medical, behavioral, and social services
- Providing advocacy and support to individuals and their families
- Collaborating with community providers and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of services and making recommendations for improvement
The Support Administrator will be responsible for:
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized service plans
- Coordinating services and supports, including medical, behavioral, and social services
- Providing advocacy and support to individuals and their families
- Collaborating with community providers and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of services and making recommendations for improvement
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as special education, social work, or psychology
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably in a service coordination or support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and community providers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and customer service
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
