Position: Route Service & Sales Technician
Salary: $22 per hour plus guaranteed overtime
Role SummaryAs a Route Service & Sales Technician, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our esteemed clients. Following an extensive training program, you will be assigned a specific route, becoming the representative of our esteemed organization. During your visits, you will ensure that commercial dishwashing machines are effectively cleaning and sanitizing dishes, conduct preventative maintenance, and perform necessary repairs. Additionally, you will restock products, process payments, and promote our cleaning and disinfecting solutions. You will be provided with a company phone and operate our Auto-Chlor vans. Ongoing on-the-job training will be available to facilitate your success.
Benefits- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Compensation: $22 per hour, with guaranteed overtime and participation in on-call duties 4-5 times a year.
- Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k) plan, a Profit-Sharing Plan, paid holidays, and vacation benefits available after 30 days of employment.

- Capable of performing a full range of duties, including frequent lifting of up to 40 lbs, kneeling and crouching for up to 2 hours daily, and climbing, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles.
- May need to navigate stairs at branch and customer locations.
- This position is hourly with commissions based on route size and growth.
- Quarterly bonuses for top performers.
- Company uniforms include polo shirts with logo, work pants, and non-slip shoes.
- A typical workweek includes regular hours plus participation in the on-call rotation.
- Overtime pay is applicable to this role.
