Key Responsibilities- Business Development and Improvement: Develop and implement business plans and strategies to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and increase customer satisfaction.
- Operations Excellence: Lead the execution of multiple business plans and projects, identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating business plans and priorities, and removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, selecting and training, mentoring, assigning duties, building a team-based work environment, establishing performance expectations, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Process Improvement and Change Management: Manage processes and procedures for areas of responsibility, analyzing data to identify existing standards, processes, governance, and work flows, evaluating key business components to assess current performance baselines, and identifying areas of improvement.
- Communication and Collaboration: Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application, ensuring compliance with them, and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Experience: 3 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area, or 5 years' experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area.
- Skills: Developing and delivering training, project management certification, retail consulting, Six Sigma certification, using Microsoft Office, working with cross-functional teams.
We offer a competitive salary range of $79,000.00-$169,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and additional compensation for certain positions, including Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, financial benefits, paid time off, and other benefits.
