Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Support Representative to join our team in Blaine, MN. As a Sales Support Representative, you will work closely with sales associates to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely quotations and accurate sales orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of customer service through efficient order processing and communication.
  • Coordinate deliveries and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Utilize CRM systems and phone systems to effectively manage customer interactions.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell and provide excellent customer service.
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
  • Highly motivated and customer-focused mentality with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic digital literacy, including Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay and Bonus Eligibility

This role is eligible for a bonus or incentive plan and offers a competitive starting wage of $32.91 per hour, with the possibility of higher wages in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
