About the Role

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely quotations and accurate sales orders, and coordinating deliveries on behalf of customers.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales associates to determine the best products and solutions for customers.
  • Provide personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
  • Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
  • Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively.
Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
  • Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
  • Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment and follow through on commitments.
  • Highly motivated and customer service-oriented mentality with ability to build relationships.
  • General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
