What Will Your Day Look Like?
As a Field Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring all surgical sets are complete, available, and accurate according to the Bill of Materials (BOM).
  • Inspecting and replenishing sets that may have been quarantined after regular hours.
  • Checking instrumentation for any missing components.
  • Reviewing implant containers and screw racks for any missing items.
  • Replenishing items from shipment packages as requested by Sales Consultants.
  • Updating the Bill of Materials as necessary.
  • Logging all field equipment into the inventory tracking system.
  • Tagging and logging all new equipment releases.
  • Managing consignment paperwork that details itemized inventory at customer locations.
  • Coordinating daily dispatch and retrieval of sets and equipment using approved courier services or personal vehicles.
  • Building strong customer relationships with Sales staff.
  • Adhering to all applicable laws and policies while maintaining professionalism, ethics, and compliance.
  • Actively participating in compliance program-related activities as directed by your supervisor.
  • Understanding which sets are necessary for specific surgical procedures.
  • Maintaining a valid driver's license at all times.
This Role May Be Ideal for You If:
  • You possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • You have related clinical work experience.
  • You have two or more years of experience in a professional setting.
  • You understand courier service protocols and requirements.
  • You have a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in computer applications, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You can work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You are skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • You exhibit strong time management abilities.
  • You have a reliable vehicle and verified vehicle insurance coverage.
  • You maintain a valid driver's license.
