As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing quality standards across our plant, collaborating with various departments to drive measurable improvements, and ensuring quality is built into processes and inspection plans.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the implementation of quality standards.
  • Collaborating with departments to drive improvement.
  • Maintaining and integrating quality plans.
  • Ensuring quality is built into processes and inspection plans.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Quality, preferably in heavy industrial or Automotive, with expertise in IATF and ISO. Experience creating, updating, or modifying control plans, PPAPs, FMEAs, PFMEAs is also required.

The estimated salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
