Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Information Technology Systems Engineer to support our federal initiatives within the BlueHalo Intelligence Sector. This position entails overseeing the operations and maintenance of both Windows and Linux environments, whether on-premise or cloud-based. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic approach, prioritizing customer mission success while managing all facets of the enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct network design and security initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to customer policies and accreditation standards
  • Supervise a team of IT Systems Engineers

Essential Qualifications:

  • TS//SCI clearance level with polygraph
  • 8 years of Tier-2 or Tier-3 operations and maintenance support experience
  • 2 years of experience in leading IT professionals
  • Proficiency in networking technologies and information security principles
  • Understanding of ITIL framework principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15 years of Tier-2 or Tier-3 operations and maintenance support experience
  • 3 years of IT service/delivery experience utilizing ITIL
  • Experience with enterprise storage solutions and system mapping
  • Capability to architect Windows and Linux environments
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies
