We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Kitchen Utility Worker to join our team at Holiday by Atria - Aspen View. As a key member of our Food Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and providing exceptional service to our residents.
Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents, including clearing and washing dishes, and cleaning the dishwashing area, food-serving areas, and equipment.
- Set up serving carts for each meal, prepare water carafes, and distribute to each table.
- Serve hot cereal at breakfast and bread at dinner, and assist with food preparation as assigned.
- Deliver trays to residents' rooms when necessary and assist with putting away deliveries.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the kitchen.
- High School education or equivalent.
- General knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- General knowledge of safe food-handling practices.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Ability and willingness to follow standards and procedures, and accept direction and training.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12.00, paid holidays and PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package, including Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance, as well as a Retirement Savings Plan/401(k) employer match.
