Job Summary

The Tuxedo Club is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Person/Event Set Up Person to join our team. This individual will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliveries, inventory, and storage management
  • Ensure ancillary storage facilities are functional and well-maintained
  • Inventory, maintenance, and cleanliness of tables, chairs, glassware, silver, flatware, banquet equipment, and audio-visual equipment
  • Par stock levels management
  • Off-site parties and events coordination
  • Set up and breakdown of club areas based on floor plans
  • Transport personnel and material between the two clubhouses
  • Fueling of Club vehicle fleet
  • Report any issues with the Club vehicle fleet
  • Event set up, requirements, and breakdown
  • Tend to fireplaces, stock, clean, and refresh
  • Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning clubhouse offices, dormitory areas, bathrooms, staff break room, and lounge areas
  • Perform all other related duties assigned by the Management team
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Team player with a professional and energetic demeanor
Working Conditions

As a House Person/Event Set Up Person, you may be a full-time or part-time hourly position. It is expected that, at times, you may have to work on evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
