**Key Responsibilities:**

* **Recruitment and Onboarding:**
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff.

* **Employee Relations:**
Address employee concerns and conflicts, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment.

* **Compliance:**
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

* **Training and Development:**
Organize and facilitate employee training programs and professional development opportunities.
