Job Description

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Solution Design workshops to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Approve and validate Solution Design and configuration to meet customer needs
  • Validate Test concepts and scenarios to ensure seamless integration
  • Leverage expertise in JDA WMS solution to drive transformational projects and programs
  • Contribute to Change Management efforts for global or regional program implementations
  • Provide input to the Global Technology Strategy and Governance Board to inform decision-making
  • Deliver high-level assessments and presentations to user, management, and executive audiences
  • Advise customers on industry best practices and Process Methodology
  • Demonstrate and facilitate Design, Develop, Integration Discussions of product functionality and architecture
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure connectivity with customers
  • Interact with Business, Service Delivery, and Service Providers in decision-making processes
  • Proactively contribute to Global Technology growth and improvement in processes and service delivery
  • Convert business requirements into technical terms and develop detailed designs
  • Conduct business process analysis, design, construction, validation, and deployment phases of projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Logistics
  • 12-15 years of experience in JDA Warehouse Management System solution (Discrete)
  • Strong domain knowledge in JDA WMS solution and understanding of configuration and delivery
  • Expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports, and labels
  • Experience in integration of JDA WMS with host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect
  • Experience in developing, modifying interfaces, tracing, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with support tools, Project management, and global SharePoint
  • Knowledge of integration techniques using middleware's like JDA connect, MuleSoft, TIBCO
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and experience in requirement analysis and design
  • Experience working in fast-paced dynamic environments with multiple vendors
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Positive, can-do attitude and inclination for process improvements
