Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in Solution Design workshops to ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Leverage expertise in JDA WMS solution to drive transformational projects and programs.
  • Contribute to Change Management efforts for global or regional program implementations.
  • Provide input to the Global Technology Strategy and Governance Board to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Deliver presentations to user, management, and executive level audiences on industry best practices and process methodology.
  • Demonstrate and facilitate design, development, and integration discussions on product functionality and architecture.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and ensure connectivity with customers.
  • Interact with Business, Service Delivery, and Service Providers in decision-making processes regarding new solutions.
  • Contribute to the Global Technology growth and improvement in processes and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Logistics.
  • 12-15 years of experience in JDA Warehouse Management System solution (Discrete).
  • Strong domain knowledge in JDA WMS solution with understanding of configuration and delivery to facilitate customer business processes.
  • Extensive experience in constructing overall architecture for current and future business needs.
  • Strong expertise in MOCA Components, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports, and labels.
  • Experience in integrating JDA WMS with various host and destination systems using JDA Integrator/Connect.
  • Experience in developing, modifying interfaces, tracing, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with support tools, Project management, and global SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of integration techniques using middleware's like JDA connect, MuleSoft, TIBCO.
  • Understanding of SDLC processes and experience in requirement analysis and design.
  • Experience working in fast-paced dynamic environments with multiple vendors.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
