Comprehensive Physical Therapy Clinician

JAG Physical Therapy is a leading outpatient physical therapy company with a strong presence in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist to take their career to the next level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to enhance their recovery and functional independence.
You will design individualized treatment plans, maintaining a supportive and positive environment that ensures patient confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team are essential for achieving optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Collects and records patient care data that follows format and guidelines of the patient care service, regulatory agencies, and third-party payers.
- Prepares for evaluations in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice.
- Selects and administers tests and measures.
- Synthesizes evaluation results to formulate the diagnosis, goals, prognosis, and plan of care.
- Establishes treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practice.
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and patient support systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirement in the appropriate state (NY, NJ).
- Valid CPR License.
- Experience/knowledge with an EMR software is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- A generous sign-on bonus of $7,500.
