Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Kitchen Prep to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation in our salad bar, side dishes, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards.
  • Manage inventory levels, including storage and tracking of expiration dates.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
  • Complete beginning and closing shift duties as directed by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
