Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Kitchen Prep to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation in our salad bar, side dishes, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and present all salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
- Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including storage and tracking of expiration dates.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
- Complete beginning and closing shift duties as directed by management.
- Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
