Grill Cook Opportunity at Radegast Hall & Biergarten

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Radegast Hall & Biergarten, a busy Beer Garden in Williamsburg. As a grill master, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring accuracy of food specs and standards, and maintaining a safe and clean environment for your team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including kitchen prep, procedures, portioning, and execution
  • Ensure accuracy of all food specs and standards
  • Maintain fast and accurate service while ensuring products are consistent with restaurant standards
  • Comply with local DOH health and safety codes and ensure company safety and security policies
  • Conduct devoted developments with the entire kitchen team and front of the house
Requirements:
  • 2 years NYC experience as a line cook
  • Grill experience necessary
  • Weekend/holiday availability
  • Food handlers certificate
