  • Manage reservations and take full responsibility of guests' satisfaction until they have been seated and again during their departure.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the Tacombi brand, making a positive impact on guests, coworkers, and the community.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professional appearance, and demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Be knowledgeable of restaurant policies, Tacombi Brand values, and neighborhood events.
  • Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure an amazing guest experience.
Requirements
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess, Maitre D', or Concierge.
  • Positive attitude and passion for guest service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
  • Assertive self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and handle objects of up to 20lbs.
  • Knowledge of the New York cultural landscape, including dining, art, music, film, and fashion, is a plus.
