Host/Hostess Opportunity at Auberge Resorts

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Host/Hostess to join our team at Auberge Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with warm hospitality and ensure a seamless check-in experience.
  • Maintain and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our workspaces.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of menus and other essential items to guests.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel services, features, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Hospitality certificate or degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and delegate effectively.
  • Appearance must be clean and professional at all times.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
