Hotel Front Desk Representative

Crestview Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Hotel Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out, handling requests and concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Greet guests, check them in and out, and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to guest requests, and provide information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Room Management: Assist with room reservations, changes, and payments, while maintaining accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work flexible hours, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation software.
