Medical Laboratory Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. Under the general direction of the Technical Supervisor, the successful candidate will provide ancillary support for clinical activities by performing and interpreting moderate and high complexity clinical laboratory tests. The ideal candidate will have a college graduate degree, ASCP certification, and prior experience in hematology.
Responsibilities: The Medical Technologist will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, analyzing results, and providing accurate interpretations. They will also be required to maintain accurate records, follow laboratory protocols, and participate in quality control initiatives.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A full-time and permanent position is available with a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, health insurance, life insurance, and 401k.
