Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Terminal Passenger Assistant to join our team at IMS. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless movement of passengers through the airport terminal.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on safety.

About the Job:

  • Direct passengers to taxicabs, limousines, and other forms of ground transportation.
  • Monitor the availability of taxicabs and limousines to meet passenger demands.
  • Communicate with drivers, colleagues, and supervisors to address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Identify and report any safety issues or non-compliance with airport regulations.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 18 years of age and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the local area.
  • Prior airport experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Able to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Familiarity with English language, written and verbal.

Compensation:$48,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
