Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience in our stores. You will be the first and last point of contact for many customers, making a lasting impression on their shopping experience. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
- Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
