Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Metro Garage Door Inc. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our commercial door products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, and that customer complaints are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, provide support, and collaborate on sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the commercial door industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of commercial door products and services, including installation, service, and repair.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales applications, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
