Position Overview: This role involves a 2-2-3, 12-hour rotating Swing shift, allowing for ample time off during the week and every other weekend. The daytime hours are from 7:30am to 7:30pm, while nighttime hours are from 7:30pm to 7:30am.
  • Prepare for advancement to Operator I
  • Remove rolls of film from production lines
  • Measure and weigh film rolls
  • Prepare cores for cutting
  • Support line initiation
  • Transport resin materials
  • Operate Forklift machinery
  • Assist with various projects as required
Essential Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Capability to stand, walk, and operate in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and manuals
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Good vision and hearing for safety compliance
  • Prior manufacturing experience is advantageous but not mandatory
