Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at KW Property Management, LLC. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operation of the management office and perform administrative duties in accordance with established Company procedures and guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support, including record keeping, filing, mail collection and distribution, word processing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Maintain and update account information in our computer database, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Research and resolve owner discrepancies regarding payment to accounts.
  • Coordinate and track important dates and meetings, such as turnover, annual, and budget meetings.
  • Ensure that all mail is picked up daily and that emails are responded to within 24 hours.
  • Provide and maintain architectural approvals, maintenance requests, sale/lease information, and other forms specific to the property.
  • Reservation and coordination of conference room events.
  • Special projects as instructed.
Requirements
  • 1-year experience in a related position.
  • Working knowledge of computer and associated programs, including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multi-task, set, and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to interact with a diverse and multicultural population.
  • Keyboarding ability with accuracy at 45-50 words per minute.
  • Ability to function in a team-oriented environment.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time non-exempt (hourly) position. Days and hours of work will be determined based on the business needs of the property. Minimal travel will be required for this position.
