We are seeking a highly motivated Account Representative to join our team at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow their career in sales and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 annually (based on experience and ability)

About the Role

You will serve as a liaison and main point of contact for one of our premier partner funeral homes, meeting with families and transforming the way people experience loss while representing our groundbreaking model of Proactive Preneed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships at both consumer and business level: You will efficiently manage appointments with families in the community of our partners and deepen relationships within our industry.
  • Follow up and close: You will be backed by a team that brings you qualified leads and appointments so you can make the most of connecting with families, drive a higher closing rate and increase your earning potential.
  • Build a purposeful career: You will be mentored on the unique Precoa business model and obtain an insurance license so that you feel confident prearranging and prefunding funeral services now and, in the future.
  • Advance into leadership: You'll have many opportunities to motivate and lead our Advance Funeral Planners on a steady track that can propel you into sales leadership.
