Transformation and Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation and Innovation Specialist to join our team at Wabash. This role will play a key part in driving business growth through the identification and implementation of improvement opportunities across all functions within the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lean methodologies, including Six Sigma certification, and experience in leading cross-functional teams in developing line improvements. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface with all levels within the organization and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies for implementation, working closely with stakeholders across the enterprise
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance knowledge of lean tools and techniques, as well as other continuous improvement methodologies
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing line improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Collaborate with internal customers to develop short-range and long-range plans for transforming value streams and removing waste
Benefits:
- An estimated annual salary of $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience
