We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Program Director to lead our Veteran's Affairs Business Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of program performance, coordinating program activities across multiple projects, and serving as a trusted advisor to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Manage all aspects of program performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs, maximize customer satisfaction, and communicate overall project status.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Employs executive presence to communicate with stakeholders, manages and supports change management best practices, and oversees program/project activities to ensure compliance, completion on time, and within budget.
  • Strategic Planning: Develops strategic program plans that benefit the organization over the long term, identifies program risks, and implements mitigation techniques in a timely manner.
  • Quality Management: Ensures program adherence to ISO and CMMI quality standards and achieves CPARS ratings above Satisfactory.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience, with 5 years of experience managing technology service delivery projects and substantial experience working with the Veteran's Administration.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or ITIL certified, Agile certification required.
  • Skills: Extensive experience with Agile project management methodology, planning, programming, budgeting, and resourcing, project management software tools, and government contracting.
