SilverLion Inc is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee various preventive and reactive maintenance activities to ensure optimal system availability and maintainability.
  • Develop and implement technical and procedural improvement ideas to enhance maintainability and system availability.
  • Manage and supervise external contractor assignments, support external maintenance personnel, and collaborate with group leaders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels in shifts, working closely with group leaders, colleagues, and superiors to achieve this goal.
  • Oversee maintenance workshop and tool equipment, balancing economic interests with operational needs.
  • Support cross-functional projects, such as Total Productive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Hold a successfully completed training as an electrician or a comparable qualification, with a certified technician certification in industrial or production technology preferred.
  • Possess extensive professional experience in the automation sector, with knowledge of S7, TIA, Synamic, and WinCC highly desirable.
  • Have expertise in the food and consumer goods industry, as well as in the environment, health, and safety sector, with experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrate advanced English skills in spoken and written form.
