Job Title: Residential Plumbing Installation Lead

Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Plumbing Installation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of residential plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the installation of residential plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with municipal codes and Goettl's standards.
  • Represent Goettl with professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
  • Actively participate in ongoing technical training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
  • Remove and replace equipment and materials in a safe, clean, and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all work complies with municipal code requirements and meets Goettl's quality standards.
  • Protect customers' homes with appropriate coverings and verify their understanding of system operation.
  • Complete all required signatures, documentation, and collect outstanding balances.
  • Submit all related pictures per job to iAuditor and maintain a callback rate of less than 3%.
  • Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher.
  • Finish all work within the allocated time for the job.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience.
  • 1 year experience in a lead role strongly preferred.
  • OSHA 10 Construction and Safety (preferred).
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment and be committed to professional growth.
  • Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand, and crawl for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must be over 18.
  • For your safety, you must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening (including Marijuana, Cocaine, Amphetamines, Opiates, Propoxyphene, PCP, Barbiturates, Benzodiazepines, Methadone). A medical marijuana card is not eligible for exclusion.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to provide a basic set of your own tools.
  • Must have flexibility to work schedule (days and hours including some nights and weekends).
