Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a skilled Residential Plumbing Installation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of residential plumbing systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation of residential plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with municipal code requirements and Goettl's standards of excellence.
  • Supervise and train installation team members, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform installations to meet Goettl's standards of picture-perfect installations, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Actively participate in ongoing technical training and development, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies.
  • Remove and replace equipment and materials in a safe, clean, organized, and efficient manner, minimizing waste and maximizing productivity.
  • Ensure all work complies with municipal code requirements, maintaining a high level of regulatory compliance.
  • Protect the customer's home with appropriate coverings and verify their understanding of system operation, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Complete all required signatures, documentation, and collect outstanding balances, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payment.
  • Submit all related pictures per job to iAuditor and maintain a callback rate of less than 3%, demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 4.5 or higher, consistently delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Finish all work within the allocated time for the job, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of residential or commercial plumbing experience, with a strong background in installation and leadership.
  • 1 year experience in a lead role, preferably in a residential plumbing installation setting.
  • OSHA 10 Construction and Safety certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, think critically, and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to lift more than 50 lbs. and bend, stoop, stand, and crawl for prolonged periods, maintaining a high level of physical fitness.
  • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and small spaces, adapting to changing environments.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record, with the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be over 18, with the ability to pass a background check and provide a basic set of personal tools.
  • Must have flexibility to work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing work demands.
