Responsibilities
  • Perform residential and commercial plumbing repairs, including basic repairs and complex installations
  • Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipes, and fixtures
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues to ensure efficient and effective repairs
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with other technicians and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Valid state plumbing license
  • Experience in home and commercial services
  • Knowledge of current regulations within the plumbing field
  • Ability to use plumbing tools and equipment
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Customer service experience and strong communication skills
